Vinge has acted as Swedish legal advisor to EQT Private Equity and PRO Unlimited in connection with PRO Unlimited’s acquisition of Workforce Logiq.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Christina Kokko, Ulrich Ziche, Isabelle Jengsell, Ellinor Wargenbrant, Annie Fällström (M&A), Sebastian Örndahl (ECR), Lisa Hörnkvist (GDPR), Mathilda Persson (IT), Fredrika Hjelmberg (Contract law), Kristoffer Sällfors (Public Procurement) and Sara Dahlros Sköld (VDR).

 Vinge has advised Consolid Equity Investment AB ("Consolid Equity") on the acquisition of Ström & Gulliksson, one of the leading patent agencies in the Nordics. The acquisition forms part of the establishment of Petra Group, a European platform aimed at consolidating patent agencies across Europe to combine expertise and resources primarily within patents and trademarks. Consolid acts as a strategic partner in the new group.
