Vinge represents Arthur J. Gallagher in the acquisition of the insurance intermediary Proinova

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. has acquired the insurance intermediary Proinova as a part of the strategic development and expansion in Scandinavia.

Proinova is an expert within insurance solutions in the real estate segment and offers their services of insurance solutions to both groups and individuals. Vinge has previously represented Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. in the acquisitions of the Swedish insurance intermediaries Brim AB and Nordic Försäkring & Riskhantering AB. 

Vinges team consisted of partner Matthias Pannier with associates Marith Welin‑Berger (M&A), Lisa Ullman, Sophia Holm (employment), Paulina Malmberg (regulatory and financial services), Victor Ericsson (tax) and Hedvig Ekdahl (commercial agreements).

Vinge advises Northern Environmental and Water Solutions AB (“NEWS”), a portfolio company of Litorina, in connection with the sale of the operating subsidiaries Skandinavisk Kommunalteknik, FANN VA-Teknik and Alunda Polyeten to Wienerberger AG (Vienna Stock Exchange: WIE). The transaction is expected to be completed in Q2 2026.
