Nils Ivars is a Senior Associate who focuses on complex litigation and international arbitration cases and is also part of the firm’s Corporate Crime and Investigations practice. He has experience from larger commercial disputes in Sweden as well as internationally and he has, for example, worked on several investor-state arbitrations before ICSID and the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA). He has also worked on various internal investigations, for example related to corruption and white-collar crime. He has an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and is a member of the New York State Bar. In addition, Nils has worked in both the United States and in Latin America and he speaks Spanish.
