Associate Gulestan Ali specialises in complex litigation and international arbitration cases. She is involved in the firm’s Investigation and Corporate Crime practice. She has experience from larger commercial disputes in Sweden as well as internationally, and has worked on various internal investigations, including matters related to corruption and white-collar crime. Gulestan also works in the Compliance practice group and has advised a wide range of clients across various business sectors on matters in relation to, inter alia, sanctions, anti-corruption, export control and sustainability. In addition, she has broad experience in employment law and has previously served as, among other things, an intern at Umeå District Court and Baker Mckenzie. She is fluent in Swedish, English and Kurdish.
