New partners and counsels appointed at Vinge’s Gothenburg office

Ninos Aho has been appointed partner at Vinge’s Gothenburg office, as of 1 January 2023. In addition, advokat Petronella Hallberg and advokat Martin E Svanberg have been appointed as counsels, also as of 1 January 2023.

Ninos Aho, in his capacity as advokat and counsel in Vinge’s dispute resolution practice group, has extensive experience of representing clients before court of general jurisdiction, the administrative courts as well as in arbitral proceedings. Within the field of commercial agreements, Ninos regularly advises on a large number of different types of contracts such as co-operation agreements, general terms and conditions and distribution agreements of different types. He also regularly advises both landlords and tenants in connection with lease agreements, lease termination as well as real estate law, civil disputes and matters before the courts and rent tribunals.

With a specialisation in maritime and transport law, Ninos provides advice within maritime law, road transportation and shipping, railway transportation, aviation, logistics as well as transport law insurance matters. Ninos provides advice within several sectors where, in addition to transport and commercial leases, he also advises within the fields of energy and international trade.

Petronella Hallberg, advokat, has worked at Vinge in the practice areas of M&A, business and employment law since 2015, and joined Vinge straight after completing her studies. Martin E Svanberg, advokat, has worked in M&A and corporate law at Vinge since 2020, and has previously as a corporate in-house counsel as well as at business law firms since 2016.
