Vinge represented sellers when Polhem acquired shares in Solör

Vinge represented the sellers Meritor, Inc. Retirement Plan, Sunrise BE I, LLC and YRC Worldwide, Inc. Master Pension Plans Trust in their divestment of shares in Solör Bioenergi Holding AB (”Solör”) to Polhem Infra KB (”Polhem”).

Solör is a privately‑owned energy company with focus on sustainable district heating in Sweden and Norway. Polhem is an investment company wholly‑owned by the Swedish State Pension Funds AP1, AP3 and AP4. In the acquisition, which also involved BE Bio Energy Group AG on the sell‑side, Polhem acquired a total of 21.45 percent of the shares in Solör.

Vinges team comprised Johan Göthberg, Maria Dahlin Kolvik, Hanna Risberg and Agnes Widlund (trainee).

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
