Vinge has advised Main Capital in connection with the acquisition of Good Solutions Sweden AB

Good Solutions Sweden AB (”Good Solutions”) provides software that helps factories identify and reduce production losses. The software converts data from machines and operators into insights that can be used to streamline production and increase profitability.

Founded in 2005 and headquartered in Gothenburg, Good Solutions serves more than 280 factories in sectors such as food and beverage, pharmaceuticals, and automotive.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner, Kim Bergman Aldevinge, Lovisa Jonassen, and Robert Sande (M&A), Johanna Fjellström and Linn Aho (Employment), Ian Jonson and Filippa Eriksson (IP), Nicklas Thorgerzon and Therese Baltzarsson (Commercial Agreements, IT, and GDPR), David Olander (FDI), and Filippa Bergkvist (Transaction Support Coordinator).
