Vinge is advising Multi Colour Corporation, one of the largest label companies in the world, in connection with the acquisition of Skanem Group’s label operations in Europe and Thailand from the Skanem Group. Closing of the transaction is expected to occur in Q4 2021.

 Vinge advises IK Partners and their portfolio company Selatek AB ("Selatek") in connection with the acquisition of JAMO SIKRING A/S ("Jamo Sikring"), a Danish specialist in the installation, maintenance and ongoing inspection of fire protection systems.
