Vinge has advised Viva Wine Group AB in connection with the acquisition of the Norwegian beverage company Alpha Brands

Vinge has advised Viva Wine Group AB in connection with the acquisition of 60 percent of the shares in the Norwegian beverage company Alpha Brands, for an initial cash purchase price of MNOK 33, with a possible earn-out based on the company's performance development.

Alpha Brands is a Norwegian company selling beverages to grocery stores in the “NoLo” category, i.e., non-alcoholic and low-alcohol beverages. With the acquisition of Alpha Brands, Viva Wine Group strengthens its position in both the Norwegian market and within this growing category.

Vinge’s team consisted of Anna Jonsson, Michaela Ådén, Lisa Bourghardt, Hedvig Josefson, Tilda Hall and Tove Hallbäck.
