United Lithium is an exploration & development company focused on the global demand for lithium, uranium and rare earth elements.

The company is targeting lithium, uranium and rare earth element projects in politically safe jurisdictions with advanced infrastructure that allows for rapid and cost-effective exploration, development, and potential production opportunities.

Swedish Minerals’ uranium division controls one of the largest privately held uranium portfolios in the EU. The combination of the two companies positions them as a leading Nordicbased explorer supporting Europe’s accelerating clean energy transition and nuclear power resurgence.

Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Alva Chambert, Emelie Herlitz, Ulrich Ziche, Daniel Wendelsson, Johan Cederblad and Stina Larsson.

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.
