Vinge has advised Swedish Airport Infrastructure in connection with a restructuring

Vinge has advised Swedavia Real Estate AB’s and Alecta pensionsförsäkring ömsesidigt’s jointly-owned joint venture company Swedish Airport Infrastructure KB and its subsidiary in connection with a restructuring of the group and a SEK 3.7 billion refinancing.


The group owns, develops and manages properties at airports in Sweden. 

Vinge’s team consisted of Mikael Ståhl, Sofia Törnroth-Nyberg, Helena Håkansson and Desirée Sjöblom.

Vinge advises Ambea on the acquisition of Validia

Vinge has acted as advisor to Ambea AB (publ) together with the Finnish law firm Krogerus in connection with the acquisition of Validia Oy from Invalidiliitto, the Finnish Association for the Disabled, a leading care provider in Finland. Through the acquisition, Ambea establishes a presence in the Finnish market and strengthens its position as the only care provider with operations in the four largest Nordic countries. The purchase price amounts to a total of SEK 1, 382 million.
