Vinge has advised OptiGroup in connection with the acquisition of Moonen Packaging B.V., a distributor of packaging solutions in the Benelux.
The transaction is subject to approval from the Dutch Competition Authorities and is expected to be completed during the summer 2018.
Vinge’s team consisted of Christina Kokko, Johanna Wiberg, and Oscar Rydén (M&A), and Anna Palmérus (competition law).
