Vinge has advised Oncopeptides in connection with its rights issue

Vinge has advised Oncopeptides AB (publ) in connection with a partially guaranteed rights issue which is expected to provide Oncopeptides with proceeds of approximately SEK 200 million before deduction of transaction costs.

Oncopeptides is a biotech company focused on research, development, and commercialization of therapies for difficult-to-treat hematological diseases. The company uses its proprietary Peptide Drug Candidate platform (PDC) to develop compounds that rapidly and selectively deliver cytotoxic agents into cancer cells.

Vinge’s team consisted of Dain Hård Nevonen, Joel Magnusson, Amanda Sandström and Johannes Ekbom.
