Vinge has advised on the sale of Mora Bygg to Pinerock Group

Pinerock Group has acquired Mora Bygg AB with its subsidiaries Helob Bygg AB and Mora Golv & Kakel AB.

The company has offices in Mora and Borlänge and operates in large parts of Dalarna. The company has approximately 115 employees and a turnover of approximately SEK 300 million. The company conducts operations in repair, maintenance and conversion works, construction services and insurance claims. The former owners have reinvested in Pinerock Group and will continue to run and develop the company in its region.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Alex Forsberg and Gulestan Ali.
