Vinge has advised Fundamenta Grundläggning AB in connection with its sale of GW Asfalt & Trädgårdsanläggningar AB to Vestum AB (publ).

GW Asfalt provides package solutions within ground and waterproofing work and are specialised on renovating courtyard. During the 12 months rolling period per June 2021 has the company had a revenue of approximately 224 million SEK. The transaction is subject to customary authority approvals.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Daniel Rosvall and Stina Bengtsson (M&A) Ebba Svenburg (Employment), Frida Ställborn (Real Estate), and Viktoria Owetz Leyva (VDR Assistant).
