Vinge has advised EQT IX in connection with sale of shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ)

Vinge has advised EQT IX (”EQT”) in connection with the sale of shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ) through an accelerated bookbuilding process carried out on 20 June 2023.

In total, 40 million shares were placed at a price of SEK 140 per share, corresponding to a total value of SEK 5.6 billion.
Vinge’s team consisted of Sofie Bjärtun and Linnéa Sellström.
