Vinge has advised EQT IX (”EQT”) in connection with the sale of shares in Beijer Ref AB (publ) through an accelerated bookbuilding process carried out on 26 August 2025.
In total, 20 million shares were placed at a price of SEK 157 per share, corresponding to a total value of approximately SEK 3.14 billion.
Vinge’s team consisted of Sofie Bjärtun and Linnéa Dolk.
