Vinge has advised Elektroskandia AB (a Sonepar company) in connection with the restructuring and divestment of the Cylinda business to Vestel (through its subsidiary Vestel Holland B.V.).
Cylinda operates in the white goods sector, is headquartered in Rotebro and has approximately 100 employees.
Vinge’s team consisted of Matthias Pannier, Mathilda Persson, Desirée Hagenfeldt, Filip Magnusson, Victor Ericsson, Sebastian Örndahl and Alva Chambert.
