Vinge has advised Eleda Infra Services Group (“Eleda”) on the acquisition of Mats Wåhlin AB (”MWAB”)

MWAB is based in Stockholm and specialises in diving and maritime constructions in confined and contaminated environments for customers in the public sector, as well as private contractors. The company has over 40 years’ experience and a turnover of approximately SEK 35 million on an annual basis.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of partner Christina Kokko and associates Manne Bergström and Carl Fredrik Wachtmeister (M&A), Ellen Åkerdahl Flygt (M&A and Banking & Finance), Isak Willborg (Agreements), Elin Broman (Employment), Tove Tullberg (Compliance), Sara Dahlros Sköld and Elin Kollin (VDR-assistants).

Vinge has successfully advised Montrose by Carnegie AB in connection with its application to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority for authorisation to conduct securities business. The authorisation was granted by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority on 2 July 2026.
