Vinge has advised atNorth AB, a leading Nordic data center services company that offers responsible, power-efficient, cost-optimized data center hosting facilities and high-performance computing services, in connection with its acquisition of Gompute and its Spanish subsidiary.

Gompute is a leading provider of High Performance Computing (HPC) and data center services. The company is headquartered in Gothenburg.

The acquisition of Gompute will further strengthen atNorth’s position in the fast growing HPC market.

Vinge's team mainly consisted of Peter Sundgren, Ulrich Ziche, Isabelle Wållgren, Elis Allmark, Elsa Strandberg, Tove Hallbäck, Sophia Reutercrona, Clara Klingspor, Nicklas Thorgerzon, Karolina Cohrs, Alexandra Tamm, Anna Ekdahl Roos and Cecilia Loctander.

Vinge has advised Priveq Fund VII in connection with a sustainability-linked credit facility

Priveq Fund VII has entered into a credit facility agreement with Swedbank AB (publ) which will primarily be used to finance the fund’s investment activities. The credit facility is linked to certain of Priveq’s sustainability targets, which means that the interest rate on the credit facility will be adjusted up or down based on the performance of Priveq Fund VII's portfolio companies.
