Vinge has advised Advania on the acquisition of Visuell Teknik

Advania has acquired Visuell Teknik, a Swedish provider of audiovisual and meeting technology solutions.

The acquisition strengthens Advania’s offering within workplace and collaboration services and expands its capabilities to deliver integrated AV solutions to enterprise and public sector customers across Sweden.

Visuell Teknik brings established expertise in design, installation and support of modern AV environments for offices, meeting rooms and public venues. By joining the Advania Group, Visuell Teknik’s team and portfolio will be integrated into Advania’s broader end-to-end digital workplace proposition, enhancing delivery capacity and service coverage nationwide.

Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Peter Sundgren, Vilhelm Rondahl and Sara Egelberg (M&A), Emil Lindwall (Employment), Carla Håkansson and Hanna Kövamees (Corporate Commercial) and Filippa Bergkvist (project assistant).

Vinge has advised Gamma Waves on Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round

Vinge has acted as legal adviser to Gamma Waves in connection with Sportway’s EUR 20 million financing round. The round was led by Gamma Waves, together with continued participation from existing shareholders, and values Sportway at approximately EUR 92 million (around SEK 1 billion) post-money.
