Vinge advises Swedish Match in the acquisition of Gotlandssnus

Founded in 2002, Gotlandssnus develops, produces, and sells both snus and nicotine-free products, with sales in Sweden, the US, Asia, and parts of Europe.

The company sells popular brands such as Jakobsson’s snus and Qvitt (nicotine and tobacco free pouches). Gotlandssnus produces approximately 4 million cans per year. The production facility and head office are located in Romakloster, Gotland. The current managing director and founder Henrik Jakobsson will remain as the managing director of Gotlandssnus and also as a minority shareholder of the company.
 
Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jonas Johansson and associate Karl Klackenberg.

Malte Månson has an annual revenue of SEK 800 million and employs over 300 full-time professionals.

Vinge advises InArea on entering into a SEK 450 million credit agreement with SEB

InArea's new facilities agreement comprises a term loan and a revolving credit facility, replacing the company's existing facilities. The facilities agreement also includes an option to increase the lending framework through an incremental facility of up to SEK 200 million.
