Vinge advises Stendörren in connection with issuance of green capital securities

Vinge has advised Stendörren Fastigheter AB in connection with its issuance of green capital securities in an amount of SEK 400 million (within a framework of SEK 800 million).

The capital securities are perpetual and were issued with a coupon of STIBOR 3m + 375 basis points per annum until the first call date. In accordance with the terms and conditions, the capital securities are intended to be listed on the sustainable bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm. 

SB1 Markets, filial i Sverige och Danske Bank A/S, Danmark, Sverige Filial acted as joint bookrunners in the transaction.

Vinge’s team consisted of Mikael Ståhl, Lionardo Ojeda, Julia Gudmundsson, Pontus Tegström and Jakob Rehnström.
