Vinge advises Stena Sessan in conjunction with an investment in Exeger

Vinge has advised Stena Sessan in connection with an investment in the Swedish solar cell technology company Exeger.

In connection with the investment, Stena Sessan will become of the company’s ten largest shareholders.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Kristina Ekberg, Martin Cronsioe and Jesper Lindvall.
