Vinge advises Spotlight Group in connection with offer from Kriptown

Vinge is advising Spotlight Group AB (publ) in connection with Kriptown SAS having made a public cash takeover offer to the shareholders of Spotlight Group

The offer amounts to SEK 33 per share, which represents a premium of approximately 94 per cent relative to the closing price of Spotlight Group’s shares on the Spotlight Stock Market on the last trading day prior to the announcement of the offer. Shareholders controlling approximately 69 per cent of all shares and votes in Spotlight Group have unconditionally undertaken to accept the offer. Spotlight’s independent bid committee has recommended that the shareholders accept the offer.

Vinge’s team consists of Anders Strid and Edin Agic (Capital Markets) as well as Anna Palmérus and Fredrik Löwenclou (EU/Competition & Regulatory).
