Vinge advises Sobro in connection with an investment in Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection

Vinge has advised Sobro in connection with the investment in Dafo Vehicle Fire Protection, which delivers fire detectors and fire extinguishing systems for, among other things, busses, mining and facility machinery, forestry machinery and waste disposal machinery as well as loading devices and cranes.

The company has a turnover of approximately MSEK 250 and its head office is situated in Tyresö.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Karl Klackenberg, Fredrik Reissmüller, Mika Jordan, Lisa Hörnqvist, Karolina Cohrs, Fredrika Hjelmberg, Anna Åhlberg and Sofie Sundin.

Vinge advises Armada Investment AG on its investment in Studsvik

Armada Investment AG, the Zurich-based entrepreneurial investment firm led by Daniel S. Aegerter, has increased its shareholding in Studsvik to 29.9% of outstanding shares. The investment builds on Armada's initial 9.9% stake acquired in February 2025. The shares of Studsvik are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. Armada has invested across the nuclear supply chain for over a decade, with portfolio companies including Oklo, Commonwealth Fusion Systems, Proxima Fusion, Last Energy, and Blykalla.
