VINGE ADVISES SOBRO IN CONNECTION WITH ACQUISITION OF CLAREMONT

Vinge has advised the investment company Sobro, which is owned by the brothers Ragnar and Per-Olof Söderberg, Mikael Ludvigson and David Stenlund Sager, in connection with the acquisition of Claremont AB together with the company’s management. Claremont offers management and IT consultancy services through several subsidiaries. The company was named as a Super Company 2015 by Affärsvärlden and as a Gazelle Company for the third consecutive year by Dagens Industri.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Johan Winnerblad together with, among others, associates Erik Claesson, Mathilda Persson and Sara Strandberg.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
