Vinge advises Semcon in connection with the offer from Etteplan

Vinge has advised Semcon AB (publ) in connection with a public takeover offer provided by Etteplan Oyj to the shareholders of Semcon. The offer prices SEK 149 per share and values Semcon AB approximately SEK 2 699.

Vinge’s team primarily consists of Anders Strid, Erik Sjöman and Edin Agic as well as Anna Palmérus who is advising Semcon in connection with competition law issues.

Vinge advises Altor on its public offer for Sleep Cycle

 Snark BidCo, a company controlled by Altor Fund V (No. 1) and Altor Fund V (No. 2) announced a public offer to the shareholders of Sleep Cycle AB to tender all their shares to Snark BidCo. The shares in Sleep Cycle are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm. After the end of the extended acceptance period, Snark BidCo controls approximately 79.2 percent of the share capital and votes in Sleep Cycle. The total value of the offer was approximately SEK 497 million.
