Vinge advises SEB Kort in connection with a cross-border merger with AirPlus

Vinge advised SEB Kort in connection with a cross-border merger whereby the subsidiary AirPlus has been absorbed into SEB Kort.

SEB Kort is a Swedish banking company within the SEB group and is a leader on the European payment card market. Together with AirPlus, SEB Kort has around 1,400 employees and is a leader in corporate payments solutions in Europe.

Vinge’s team consisted of Matthias Pannier, Josef Groow, Alex Forsberg and Viktor Ejlertsson (M&A), Caroline Krassén, Elias Bohlin and David Flodin (Financial Services) and Sam Seddigh and Alice Göransson (Employment).
