Vinge advises SBB in connection with investments in Unobo AB

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) has entered into an agreement to acquire 70 per cent of the shares in the property rental company Unobo AB from Riksbyggen.

The acquisition is conditional upon approval by the Swedish Competition Authority. Vinge provided legal advice to SBB regarding competition law in connection with the transaction.

Vinge’s team consisted of Johan Wahlbom, Victoria Fredén and Jesper Schönbeck.
