Vinge advises Qlik Technologies Inc in connection with its listing on Nasdaq

Vinge has advised Qlik Technologies Inc in connection with its admission to listing on Nasdaq Global Market. The total share value on listing amounts to approximately
USD 750,000,000.

Qlik Technologies Inc was originally established in Lund in 1993. The company has developed and licenses the increasingly popular business intelligence software, “QlikView”. Qlik has 14,000 customers and 570,000 users in more than 100 countries.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Henrik Borna together with partners Sofia Olsson and Erik Sjöman, counsel Maria Schultzberg and associates Magnus Bigner and Fredrik Christiansson.
