Vinge has advised Platzer in conjunction with the acquisition of NCC’s share in Kineum – a 27 storey high destination building in Gårda, Gothenburg. The project, which was commenced in 2018, has been implemented by Platzer and NCC in a joint venture company.
As a result of the transaction, Platzer has become the sole owner of Kineum. Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Olof Jisland and Kristoffer Larson.
