Vinge advises Platzer Fastigheter in conjunction with a package transaction with Volvo Cars

The transaction consisted of a new development project concerning a logistics property of approximately 20 000 square metres which Volvo Cars will rent, as well as the sale of two office properties in Torslanda.

Vinge’s team consisted of Olof Jisland, Kristoffer Larson, Victoria Owetz Leyva and Mario Saad.
