Vinge advises Paynova in conjunction with raising of capital and change in listing

Vinge has advised Paynova AB, under change of name to Sileon AB, in connection with a fully subscribed rights issue valued at approximately SEK 70 million.  

In connection with the issue, Paynova has also made public their intention to implement a change of listing from NGM Regulated to Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Anders Strid, Edin Agic (project manager), Adrian Filipovic and Amelia Rihs.
