Vinge advises Paynova in conjunction with raising of capital and change in listing

Vinge has advised Paynova AB, under change of name to Sileon AB, in connection with a fully subscribed rights issue valued at approximately SEK 70 million.  

In connection with the issue, Paynova has also made public their intention to implement a change of listing from NGM Regulated to Nasdaq First North Growth Market.

Vinge’s team consisted of, among others, Anders StridEdin Agic (project manager), Adrian Filipovic and Amelia Rihs.

Vinge advises Schibsted Tillväxtmedier in connection with its divestment of Prisjakt

Schibsted Tillväxtmedier has entered into an agreement for the sale of Prisjakt to eEquity. The consideration is expected to amount to around SEK 500 million. Schibsted has owned Prisjakt for approximately 20 years and the divestment is made as part of Schibsted’s ongoing streamlining of its organisation and portfolio.
