Vinge advises on the sale of Word Audio Publishing International

Vinge has advised the sellers in connection with the sale of Word Audio Publishing International AB to Danish Gyldendal A/S

Word Audio Publishing International is a Swedish audio book publishing company and Gyldendal is Denmark’s largest and oldest publisher. The purchase price amounts to an enterprise value of SEK 100 million.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Kristian Ford together with associate Niklas Törnell.
