Vinge advises on the sale of Moldeo to Iwmac

Vinge has advised the owners of Moldeo AB in connection with the sale of all shares to Iwmac Holdings AS. Moldeo has developed and sells the flexible, scalable and open HMI-/SCADA-system, Web Port.

Vinge’s team consisted of Anders Strid, Martin E Svanberg (project manager), Alexander Lindeberg (IP) and Jacob Benzov.

On 22 April 2025, RWK Bidco AB, a newly formed company indirectly wholly owned by KKR Funds, announced a public tender offer to the shareholders in Biotage AB to tender all ordinary shares in Biotage to RWK Bidco at a price of SEK 145 in cash per ordinary share.
