Vinge advises Night Train Media in connection with its acquisition of Eccho Rights

Vinge has advised the German company Night Train Media GmbH, part of the Serafin Group, in connection with its acquisition of Eccho Rights AB from the Korean media group CJ ENM Co., Ltd.

Eccho Rights, with its head office in Stockholm, is a global owner and distributor of licences for television series which also has offices in Istanbul, London, Madrid and Seoul.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of Kristian Ford, Sofie Nordgren, Carl Trolle Olson, Clara Klingspor, Hanna Jansson and Karin Gynnerstedt, with Maria Schultzberg and Emelie Svanberg advising on tax issues.

Vinge has advised Northmill in connection with its inaugural issuance of primary capital instruments (AT1)

Vinge has advised Northmill Group AB in connection with its issuance of SEK 275 million primary capital instruments (so called “AT1 bonds”) with a floating rate interest of 3-month STIBOR + 690 basis points. The AT1 bonds are perpetual with a first call option after five years and are intended to be admitted to trading on Nasdaq Transfer Market and, subsequently, on Nasdaq Stockholm.
