Vinge advises Main Capital and Unik in connection with the acquisition of LEB System Aktiebolag

Vinge has advised Unik International ApS (“Unik”), a Danish Housing and Property Management software provider, in connection with the acquisition of LEB System Aktiebolag. The synergistic acquisition is expected to complement and expand Unik’s offering and has a strong strategic fit with Unik and is in line with the company’s internationalization strategy in the Nordic Property Management software market.

LEB System Aktiebolag is an IT product company operating within the real estate sector, providing software solutions for the ownership, administration, and management of properties tailored to the needs of public and private sector property owners and long-term real estate managers. The company’s systems enable, among other things, the management of supervision, contracts, invoices and key figures, which allows customers to benefit from efficient processes in both technical and administrative management, while also promoting a cross-functional and role-based approach to operations.

Vinge’s team consisted of Filip Öhrner and Olivia Altheden (M&A), Alice Göransson (employment), Vilma Simonius and Ian Jonson (IPR), and Filippa Eriksson (commercial agreements, IT och GDPR).

Vinge advises the sellers on the sale of Nextory to Bonnier Books

Vinge has acted as legal adviser to the sellers in connection with Bonnier Books’ acquisition of Nextory, one of Europe’s leading streaming services for audiobooks and e-books. Bonnier Books is acquiring all shares in Nextory, and the transaction comprises Nextory’s operations in Sweden and internationally. The acquisition is a cash transaction and the parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
