Vinge advises Latour in the acquisition of Neuffer

Vinge advises Latour in the acquisition of 66.1 percent of the shares in Neuffer Fenster + Türen GmbH in Stuttgart, Germany. Neuffer Fenster + Türen sells windows and doors online through its established e-commerce portals.

Latour and the founder Philipp Neuffer will jointly continue to drive the growth of the company, e.g., through geographical expansion.

Vinge’s team consists of Fredrik  Sonander, Matthias Pannier and Ulrich Ziche (all corporate).
