Vinge has advised Investor in connection with acquisition of shares in EQT

Vinge has advised Investor in connection with an acquisition of 12,500,000 shares in EQT AB from Wallenberg Investments for a total consideration of approximately SEK 3.5 billion.

After the transaction, Investor holds 195,788,016 shares in EQT AB, equivalent to 14.98 percent of the share capital and votes in EQT AB.

Vinge’s team consisted of Sofie Bjärtun and Joel Magnusson.
