VINGE ADVISES LANTMÄNNEN IN CONNECTION WITH ISSUE OF PARTICIPATING DEBENTURES

Lantmännen co-operative association has published a prospectus in relation to an offer to subscribe for participating debentures. The offer, which amounts to a maximum amount of SEK 250 million, is primarily directed to Lantmännen’s members and full-time group employees in Sweden and a number of associations in the agricultural and food industry. Vinge advised Lantmännen in connection with the offer.

Vinge’s team consisted of partner Jesper Schönbeck and associates Joakim Hagberg, Tora Hansjons and Nils Fredrik Dehlin.

Vinge has advised SBB and Sveafastigheter in connection with an exchange offer

Vinge has advised Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (SBB) and Sveafastigheter AB in connection with an exchange offer directed to investors in SBB’s outstanding bonds, whereby investors exchanged senior and hybrid bonds in SBB for new senior bonds issued in Sveafastigheter AB. The existing bonds were partly issued under SBB’s EMTN programme, partly on a standalone basis. Following the transaction, the investors have been slotted in under Swedish bond terms on a standalone basis.
