Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with its acquisition of Westmatic

Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with its acquisition of Westmatic, a leading distributor of environment friendly automated cleaning systems for heavy vehicles such as buses, trains, trucks and construction machinery. The group generates annual revenues of approximately SEK 175 million with a pro forma EBITA 2021 of approximately SEK 25 million.

Vinge’s team consisted mainly of Johan Winnerblad, Per Kling, Isabell Nielsen, Elin Broman and Lina Österberg.
