Vinge has advised Lagercrantz Group in conjunction with its acquisition of 93% of the shares in Water Proof Diving International.
The company is a leading distributor of advanced dry and wet suits to professional divers with customers from, for example, the military and rescue services.
The company is based in Partille and has a turnover of approximately SEK 90 million with good profitability.
Vinge’s team consisted primarily of Johan Winnerblad, Iiris Ikkelä, Sophie Böje, Emil Lindwall, Sam Fakhraie Ardekani as well as Axel Lennartsson.
