Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with its acquisition of Prido AB

Vinge advises Lagercrantz Group AB in connection with its acquisition of 96% of the shares in Prido AB. Prido AB was founded in 1973 and is today one of Europe's largest manufacturers of high-quality industrial folding doors, with an annual revenue of approximately SEK 300 million. The transaction is subject to approval by the relevant authorities and is expected to close in March 2024.

Vinge's team consisted of Johan Winnerblad, Clara Sohlberg and Filip Magnusson (M&A), Victor Björkheim (Employment), Ellis Allmark (Agreements), Sofia Bergenståhle (IPR), Johan Cederblad, Karolina Cohrs and Madelene Andersson (Real Estate and environment), Ida Redander (Finance), Alva Chambert (Competition) and Arthur Kinski (IT/GDPR).

Vinge advises Anyfin with application to conduct financing business

 Vinge has, together with PwC, advised Anyfin with regulatory advice in connection with Anyfin’s application to conduct financing business pursuant to the Banking and Financing Business Act (2004:297). The Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority granted the license on 17 June 2025.
