Vinge advises Investment AB Öresund in connection with acquisition of Global Batterier AB

Vinge has advised Investment AB Öresund in connection with the acquisition of Global Batterier AB.

Global Batterier AB is one of the leading distributors of batteries on the Swedish market. The company’s turnover for the last financial year amounted to just over SEK 150 million and sales have increased over the last few years by, on average, 19 per cent.

The Vinge team advising Investment AB Öresund included partner Erik Gabrielson and associate Henrik Schnell.
