Vinge advises Intera Partners’ portfolio company Yellow Elk in connection with its acquisition of Bizware

Vinge has advised the Nordic private equity firm Intera Partners’ portfolio company Yellow Elk in connection with its acquisition of the data analytics and AI firm Bizware AB and its subsidiaries Bizware Lead AB and Bizware Nova AB.

Bizware offers expertise within AI and data analytics with services in data engineering, visualisation, business intelligence and project management. This acquisition is a step towards Yellow Elk’s vision of becoming the leading Nordic player in data analytics and AI.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.

Vinge's team mainly consisted of Jonas Johansson, Egil Svensson, Olof Löfvenberg, Josef Groow (M&A), Emma Gustavsson (Intellectual Property), Viktor Lundberg (Employment), Filippa Eriksson (IT and Commercial Agreements), Jolinn Uhlin and Katja Häglund (Banking and Finance), Wilma Hellman (Real Estate), Dagne Sabockis and Lovisa Arpi (Regulatory), and Ottilia Pettersson (Transaction Support).
