Vinge has advised the Nordic private equity firm Intera Partners’ portfolio company Yellow Elk in connection with its acquisition of the data analytics and AI firm Bizware AB and its subsidiaries Bizware Lead AB and Bizware Nova AB.

Bizware offers expertise within AI and data analytics with services in data engineering, visualisation, business intelligence and project management. This acquisition is a step towards Yellow Elk’s vision of becoming the leading Nordic player in data analytics and AI.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals.
