Vinge advises Industrifonden in connection with investment in Avtal24

Vinge has advised Industrifonden in connection with its investment in Avtal24, a company which offers online business law advice to natural and legal persons as well as standard documentation including wills, deeds of gift and shareholders’ agreements. The funds will be used for domestic and international expansion of the company’s operations.

Vinge’s team consisted of responsible partner Johan Larsson together with associate Nicolina Kindblom.
