Vinge advises in relation to Leo transaction

Vinge has advised Latour Industries in connection with the sale of AVT Industriteknik AB to a company controlled by one of the employees in the group, whereupon the so called Lex Leo rules were applicable.

Vinge’s team primarily consisted of responsible partner Magnus Pauli and associate Natalie Bäck.
