Confirma Software (“Confirma”) is a Nordic vertical software group providing mission-critical B2B software to SMEs in Sweden, Finland, Norway and Denmark. The company operates across five complementary software areas: ERP, Payment Solutions, Financial Solutions, Quality Management Systems and Business Process Solutions. Confirma was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Stockholm. Main Capital Partners is acquiring Confirma Software from the US-based private equity firm Abry Partners. In partnership with the management team and key employees, Main Capital will support Confirma in its next phase of growth, with a focus on further enhancing operational capabilities, expanding and strengthening its position across the Nordics, and continuing the buy-and-build strategy in the Nordics and selected European markets.
